Automatic Cloud Backup - shall I convert to another solution?

I bought Premiere Elements 2019 many years ago. I have used it for managing my photos in Organizer. I have thousands of photos and I have tagged people, written captions etc. I would love to get a cloud backup solution to all this info I have written, and also to have the solution to automaticly upload in the cloud the new photos I will tag and write captions for. As far as I can see, this is not possible in my current Premiere Elements and Organizer. Can I change to another solution easily without having to write all the tags and captions again?

Steve is right that Adobe's Creative Cloud is choice.  The $10 per month "Photographer's Plan" has a couple choices.  One includes a terabyte of cloud storage.  Metadata can be a little complicated, but depending on which fields you put your titles and captions in, they should be read as part of the file.   

 

The Bridge program is very good and is actually free to anyone with an Adobe account, even an account that does not require payments.  If you have Elements and registered it, you have an account. 

If it were me, I would keep up with the system you have that you are used to.  Popular with people that want cloud backup are programs like Backblaze, Carbonite and others.   Once set up, they will keep a copy of everything important on your computer in their cloud storage servers.

If you subscribe to the Creative Cloud, you will be given cloud storage. The Bridge program included with the Creative Cloud should read your metadata.
