I just bought 2019 and the playback (is bad)! It lags so bad. Please help!!!!

What operating system are you using? Which processor do you have with how much RAM?

What model of camcorder is your video coming from and what format and resolution is it?

When you first add your video to your timeline do you see a yellow orange "render" line above it? A render line indicates that your project settings don't match your video specs, which can result in poor performance.
