Black lines when putting a PNG archive

I'm having this problem, I´m working with PNG images for a 2.5D or Parallax videos, if I don't press PLAY it appears like is perfect, but when I press PLAY then some black lines are appearing when I put the image on all of the fusion modes, why is this happening, I am just working with images, maybe in the future I´ll be working with videos, but I'm kind of afraid it may happen with videos as well, thanks for you help.
