Quiero saber si con Premiere Elements 2020, puedo crear menus para DVD y BLUE RAY, y crear peliculas que tengan esta funcion, parecida a las versiones anteriores de Encore

The Windows version can burn DVDs.  Blu-Ray capability was removed from version 2020.  Mac versions can't do DVDs either.
