blurry photos and title

Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 - in my completed videos the photos I added appear very blurry and the title is blurry also. The video is fine.

That suggests a possible mismatch somewhere between the project settings and the output setting. Would you please provide screen shots of those?

Final output, sadly. Reflected in all viewings of the video, on tv from
external hard drive or DVD.
