Blurry video

Hey all looking to get some help. Recently started using adobe premiere elements. All the videos I inserted were clear as day and work with other programs, however when I included them into the premiere editing software, one of the videos became blurry. I rendered the video, changed the timeline to 100%, and even tried the playback speed. Any other suggestions?
