Como podem verificar aqui não tem o botão CHROMA KEY

You didn't say, but you are probably on an Apple computer.  The Chroma Key effect is only on the Windows version.  In both systems the options is to use the Videomerge effect.    This video explains it.  The first few minutes is about Chroma Key on Windows.  At about 3:50 it explains Videomerge.
