Branched Premiere Elements 2019 won't install under Windows 11, published fixes do not work

I'm having the same problem with PSE 2019. It will not install on windows 11 because it was made to install on internet explorer! Which is now retired but I'm going to insall IE and that should take care of the problem. Will find out later in the week.
