I have lost my serial number and am reinstalling

    Lost information - see reply #1 in https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2008767

    - page has links to programs to find an installed serial number in Mac or Windows

    - includes link to your Adobe account to check for registered serial numbers

    - when you find your serial number(s) write them down and put in a desk drawer

    Might be even easier to just go to Adobe.com, login and select Manage Account. On the page that opens, click the Plans tab at the top of the page and then, on the left side of the page that opens, select My Products.

    The page will generate a complete list of all of your registered products and their serial numbers.
