Broken/toxic "Updates" has locked me out

Question

Tried to load and use Premier Elements (2021), but an "Update is available" window blocks any use. The problem is, it does not and will not work. I've tried every option (e.g., multiple clicks on "Install Now"), but that "blocks aeverything else" window just sits there, totally non-responsive to anything, and blocking everything.

Is there any way that "update" can be fixed?

Or, is there some web address I can go to, to get that update, and get it installed, BEFORE I try to load and run Premier Elements, so that the NEXT time I try to load P-Elements, it will work?

BTW, I'm running Windows 10, on an Intel I7 chip. No other problems, until now.

The 2021 version of the program was also known as version 19.0.

Log into your account at Adobe.com and go to this page the download the final version of version 19.0. Your serial number should activate it. https://account.adobe.com/products
