I burnt the last ISO file in feb. 2020, the video was about the same size. But when iI now try to burn an ISO file (to share the video with our journey companion to Ethiopia) it's not working. It says, the ISO file has been burnt, but it has no contents. I have also been burning a dvd file but I don't see any possibility to burn this to a dvd. Has anyone has an idea to solve the problem.

I only used the version 2021 trial with a short timeline before buying the full version, so I have no idea if it has any length limits

Two ideas that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10
-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window
-and/or select Run as Administrator to assign FULL Windows permissions

Have you had an operating system update between working and not working?

My problem most likely won't help, but may give you an idea

No ,I didn't have an operating system update. I got the following answer from Adobe to my question:

"We would like to inform you that Premiere Elements 13 is too old and no longer available and supported with Windows 10 64 Bit and Secondly Premiere Elements 13 servers have been shut down. If you will try to install or update it further, then it will create conflict with your system. so, we can do is we provide you the Premiere Elements 2021 so you can able to start your work in a proper way. "

In the meantime I installed the testversion of PE2021. But with this the rendering of ma video (remember 1.5 hours long) always stops at the saame position.  I don't know whether it's possible to work on a long video with a testversion. Do you know that?
