I've just started using 2020 and want to burn to a USB stick to watch on TV. Can you tell me the best option for this - I am confused at to which to choose. In 2013 I could just burn to a file and then drag and drop.

It may depend on the TV.  I had one flatscreen TV with USB ports that would not play anything better than 720 at 30 frames per second.  I have a newer TV that will play 4K video from a USB stick.    Within the Export and Share dialog there are enough choices to match you TV.   Common things to look for are "MP4" containers and an "H.264" codec.  Steve's suggestion of using the choices under "TV" should work.  If not, there are more choices under "Custom".

YOu can use a youtube preset from the H.264 format. Export to local drive then copy/paste to stick.

Thank you Ann but I don't have a Youtube account and can't see an option for exporting to a local drive.
