Burning

I really like creating movies in Premiere Elements, but am disappointed that I can't create menus/chapters and then burn to a DVD.  Does anyone recommend any programs/software to use to take the finished movie from PE and then create menus/chapters and then burn to a DVD?

I have version 2021 and DVD creation works just fine... on Windows

 

Version 2022 says it will make a DVD on Window and Mac

 

What is your operating system... Mac or Windows?

I am on a Mac, and I am using Version 2021.  I can create a DVD and burn it to a disc, but there are no options for creating menus and chapters.  If I was to invest in 2022 I'd have to be absolutely positive that they put back the "creating chapters/menus" option.  Thanks for your comments.
