Can I add text to panning video?

I am using APE 15. I have an aerial clip of landscape that is slowly panning right to left. I would like to add labels next to geographical features. I know how to add text to a clip but is there any way for the text to pan with the object?

If E15 has a tracking feature: yes.

If not you will have to keyframe position manually.
