I am working in premiere elements quick mode and want add different music
to different pictures in the show. But when I add a musicpiece all the
timeline are going to be highlighted and the whole show are only
playing one musicpiece. How van I add different music to different parts in
the show?

You're going to have to switch to Expert View to do this type of work, Knud.

Deactivate connex between video and sound, then cancel the sound part.

Right-click on the video on your timeline and you can select whether to Delete Audio or to Unlink Audio and Video.

 

But this is only available in Expert mode.

You can do that in Expert mode and I don't see how it can be done in Quick mode.
