Can I download and use Premiere Elements on MacBook Pro

Hello,

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 & Adobe Premiere Elements 14 for Windows.

I would like to upgrade to the 2020 version and install them on my MacBook Pro.  Is that possible to do?

Can anyone help?
