Hello Adobe Forum

Can I import a edited clip from a Premiere Elements project to another?

That is, direct, without any mixdown?

Sincerely Gert

I've never made Bob's method work in Premiere Elements. I can however export an edited clip using the work area bars and then use that clip in a new project.

Hi Gert,

Thanks for reaching out. As @whsprague mentioned, the feature to copy one project to another is not available in Premiere Elements. However, you have an option to suggest this to our development team by adding your voice here: Adobe Premiere Elements | Photoshop Family Customer Community

Give us a shout if you have any other query.

Thanks,

Shivangi

Hi Shivangi

Thank You for fast answer.

OK, I cant do that. I have to do a workaround then.

I dont Think it is worth to struggle with "Family customer comminity" about this.

Thank You anyway.

Sincerely Gert

I understand your point, Gert! However, you won't need to struggle or follow up for adding the feature to the coming versions. All you'll have to do is, add this suggestion on the page that I shared above. I'll make sure that I get more eyes on it and let our engineering team aware of the needs from the user's perspective.

I did it again. I thought that I was in the Premiere Pro forum.

Do as Bill said.
