Can I Modify Scene Menu?

I have Premere Elements 12 running on an iMac with High Sierra 10.13.

I am creating a DVD with menus using the Pan and Zoom template (although I am not doing any Pan and Zoom).  It only allows for 6 entries on a scenes menu.  In my case, 3 per line.  It looks like I could get another line of 3.  Is there a way to modify the scenes menu?  I don't see any other menu templates that allow more than 6 entries on the scenes menu.  I know that a 7th scene will automaticall go to a next scene menu, but if I only had 3 more I wanted it would be nice to avoid the "next" arrow.
