Can I transfer my Premiere Elements 15 to a new laptop?

Hi.  I've got a new laptop and want to use my old PE 15 on it.  Any way I can re-install on another laptop?  If not, do I have to purchase the latest Premiere Elements?

If you have the installation file and serial number, you can install it on two computers.  It has been awhile since I have had 15, but in the Help Menu of the old one, there should be a "log off" or similar selection.  If you've already installed on two computers and can't disconnect the old ones, you may need to contact Adobe support to clear the history.
