Can I use a green screen in Premiere Elements 13?
I am trying to decide between Premiere Pro and Elements 13 and would like to save some money while still being able to have those capabilities to key.

Thank You for the help. I think I will get this but before I do can someone with 13 verify this?
The Adobe supplied .pdf reference for 13: http://helpx.adobe.com/pdf/premiere-elements_reference.pdf
Do a "Find" and there are a dozen references to "Green Screen Effect".
