Is it legal to use Premiere Elements for monetized Videos (e. g. Youtube with Adsense Advertisment)? Do I have a right to do that when buying Premiere Elements? Or is Premiere Elements only for non-commercial use?

As promissed... today I received an official answer from Adobe... below is translated version:
"I hope you are doing well. I consulted with my supervisor regarding your inquiry about the audio tracks in Premiere Elements, and indeed, we do not have such information. However, if they are free audio tracks, they can continue to be used. I hope this information was somewhat helpful, and should you have any further questions or matters, please feel free to contact us at any time."

Even the music tracks can be used without copyright issues.

Monetizing videos on Youtube has nothing to do with Elements.

Elements is just a tool to make videos.

You can do with your finish vidoes what ever you want.

Wrong. There are different royalities that need to be paid. Most low cost video editors explicitly state in the Eula that commercial use of the mpeg codecs is forbidden. Only personal/private use is allowed. Premiere Elements is consipated for private use (at least it seems like that). So I wonder what is written in the Eula. Maybe sombody can help me with that.
