When I click on the link (attached) I am sent to Adobe - Error page

a solution would be much appreciated

    Unfortunately, it can't be done, as the servers have been shut down.

    The only solution that I've seen offered, which may or may not work, is to install the trial of Premiere Elements 15 and see if it installs those components.
