Question

Can't find my activated computers when I am logged in to Adobe. I have Adobe Premiere Elements 14

I'm logged in, and the site shows that I purchased Premiere Elements 14, but it doesn't show it activated on the computers I use. I want to deactivate one (I can't remember which one it is),  so I was told to deactivate on the Adobe site so I could install on my new computer.  My new computer won't let me run it until I deactivate one.  How do I find them if it doesn't show up on the list on the page  account.adobe.com/activated-devices.

When you can't deactivate a serial number (this is the ONLY support Adobe still offers for old programs)
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience

This space is provided by Adobe, but it is not Adobe support
Sorry, nobody here can help with an account or payment problem
This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-you MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks

.
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message

I tried to get help and referred to my last case ADB-17189838-R8Z7  to see if I can install this on my new laptop and remove it from one of the two it is activated on.   I posted your answer above and I got a reply that is saying this:   The product for Premiere Elements is in the outdated version of 2014 and these are legacy products and the versions keep updating hence I would request you to kindly consider going for a cloud based membership which can give you access to the latest features where in you still continue to receive the access to the latest version. You can also post the same and get help you with the experts on our community Forums to use the product.           I'm not interested in getting the latest version. I just want to keep using the version I paid for on another computer.  Can you help me. I feel like I'm being bounced back and forth here.

Dont think E14 activation server is still up.

Have to contact support and ask them to deactivate.
