can't save video to my computer

the grey area where one selects save in the export window, isn't there.

has anyone experienced this?

What do you see when you click on the Export & Share button?

Which version of the program are you using on what operating system?

What is your monitor's resolution? The interface can't be seen completely on a low resolution monitor.
