Can't see ISO file after burning

I am using PE19 on a Windows computer. I have created a 1hr long video and cannot export it. I've tried burning it to a DVD which did not work so I've tried creating an ISO file which it says it does but the folder is empty. I am saving the ISO file to an empty folder on my C drive. I have also disabled the hardware acceleration and changed the main menu in attempts to export an ISO file but neither of those changes have worked. Any other ideas to try to get the movie exported and onto a DVD would be appreciated.

Open the program's Preferences (under the Edit menu) and on the Main page uncheck the option to use Hardware Acceleration and try again to output your ISO.

Thanks for the quick response. I did already try that based on the same recommendation you've made to others but still don't see it. Any other ideas?
