Can't understand message in Primiere /elements

I get the following message:

          "current camera setting is different from your project setting"

I have no idea what settings are wrong and how to change them. I am using Premiere Elements 12 with a Sony DCR-TVR900NTSC video camera to input

my video.  When I try to import, video breaks up.
