Can we burn Blu-Ray discs in Premiere Elements 2019?

I am finished with Adobe. There is no customer service or product support. If I had known I could not burn a Blu-ray with Primier Elements 2019 I never would have bought it. This is the last time I will be cheated by Adobe. I will never use your Creative Cloud if this is how you treat your long time customers. How do you stay in busuness. I will be spreading the word. Somehow I don't think you care.

    We're sorry for the experience you've had. I've branched this discussion so that we can address your issue separately. Unfortunately,  Premiere Elements 2019 does not support burning Blu-ray discs.
