can you edit a video that has been exported/ premier pro 15

I have finished a video slide show and exported it. I found that I would like to make additions. how do I open this and edit it??

You can add the video to a new project and add new video to it (or remove from it).

Just make sure that this video and the new video you're combining are similar in resolution and frame rate or they may not blend well.
