Why do I  have so much trouble trying to cancel  ADOBE  PREMIERE ELEMENTS 2018 AND GET MY MONEY REFUND ADOBE KEEPS SENDING ME AROUND  1 WEB TO ANOTHER   PLEASE HELP ME  I AM 76 YEAR OLD  THANK YOU DAVID

    he Adobe ID here in forums has no subscriptions.

    Can you please provide the following details via private message or DM at @AdobeCare

    1.Last 4 digit of Credit card number

    2. Date of Expiry

    3. Type of card (Visa/Amex)

    4. Name of card holder

    5. Amount & date charged

    6. Country

    We can try to investigate further on this.

    If purchased elsewhere, you will have to contact the vendor you purchased it from.
