Cannot Install Premiere Elements 2019 on Mac

I purchased Premiere Elements 2019 but never really used it. I'd like to use it now and am trying to install it on my iMac (running Big Sur) from my purchase history in my Adobe account. Every time I try to open it I get a message that the Adobe Application Manager is missing. I follow the link which opens up Creative Cloud and that's as far as I get. I have a license key, but I just can't get far enough to install it. And if there is really an online chat available, tell me how to find it!

I am having a similar issue where I repeatedly get the "Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application." I am also using MacOS Big Sur 11.3.1 However, with regards to Ann's comment, I was previously using Elements 2019 on Big Sur with no issues. I had a bunch of junk on my drive and decided to just start over, but when I downloaded the dmg file and attempted to reinstall the software I starting receiving the error.

Just as a test I downloaded Elements 2021 and that installed just fine and allowed me to log in. However, it would not accept my 2019 license number. So, maybe the 2019 file has become corrupted.

I am guessing 2019 will not run on Big Sur more likely it will run on Mojave.
