Cannot log on my youtube channel on PREMIERE ELEMENT

I have 2 youtube channel ... I often sign off of a channel on premier element to then sign in another channel to be able to upload on this other channel. The problem is that I signed off ... Tried to upload a new video on youtube ... clicking on begin share ( expecting to get on the page that will ask me to subscribe to a youtube account since i just signed off ) but instead the page becomes white ... it wont upload anything . There is no buttons and no way to upload anything on youtube. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and restarted the computer and still the same thing ! Really need to fix this ! please help.

Thanks for contacting us. Ideally, it should work with the workflow that you have mentioned.

 

  • Which version of Premiere Elements are you using?
  • Have you observed the same issue with both the YouTube channels?
  • Have you tested more than one projects?

Micael,

 

I've found it more reliable to output your video to your computer, review it and then use the YouTube uploader.  Total time is the same, but you can see the progress more effectively.
