Cannot login to premiere elements 10

OK, I get that it's an old version, but it's paid for legally.

No matter how many times I change my Adobe ID password, it wont let me login.

I get an error "photoshop.com services are currently unavailable" I have verified my network is OK.

I'm guessing the servers it's trying to reach are long gone? Is there a patch?

You are right. But, old versions are built to run on old systems. What are you trying to do? Are you installing on a new computer? Has it been working for 10 years the way it is?

It came pre-loaded on this PC from HP. At that time it was Windows 8. The PC has been upgraded to Win10 and of course many updates to Win10 since then.
