cannot reactivate my Element 7 software

Cannot use the link supplied with my serial number to reactivate my software at the burning process.

That is correct.

Your software is over 10 years old, and there is no longer online support for it.

You can try installing the free trial of Premiere Elements 2018 and see if that activates these components for Premiere Elements 7. It possibly may.

If not, you will need to buy a newer version of the software.
