Cant acces Premiere elements

New computer , moved all my stuff via timemachine (succesfully !) but trying to start up previous video projects ends with a new "sign in" . Ive connected to Apple account wich say all set with the application and then new sign in . When I go via "sign in " with my  adobe identity (new and accepted password) it just bounces back to "sign in" . all above happends when I try to open a new project....
