Cant call..

My computer crashed.. I lost everything.. I got a new harddrive installed.. can I get my old premier elements 18 back to put on this harddrive.. and no I have no info on it.. I can't find a way to call and verify myself so they will let my install on computer with a different harddrive.

If you download the free trial version, it will ask you for your serial number in one of the opening screens.  If you don't have that you should be able to log in to your Adobe account and get it from your initial registration.

The program is licensed to be installed on two computers so you should have no problems installing and activating the software -- assuming you have the installation files and serial number.
