Cant find Premiere Elements in Creative cloud

Wanted to check this out because i need to do some things i cant in premiere pro but i cant find elements in the cloud to try or sub too.

Premiere Elements is a "buy it once" app.  It is not part of the Creative Cloud system like Premiere Pro.  You can install a fully functional trial version of Premiere Elements and later buy the license with serial number.

 

What is it that you want to try that is not in Premiere Pro?
