Cant reach german (or english) support chat. need reactivation of my seriel number.

Hey Ive reinstalled my windows a while ago and forgot to deactivate my premiere elements on the old install. Now I cant reach the support chat to issue a reactivation. I hope somebody from Adobe in here can help.
