Change language Pemiere elements 12 (2013)

I want to change the language in Dutch.

As I bought this progamm in France, Dutch seems not to be available on the installation disk.

How do I resolve this problem ?

If you uninstall and then reinstall the program you will see the language choices.

Sorry, but I have only choice between 4 languages : english, french, spanish and japanese. Dutch is not mentioned on my installation DVD.

Thanks anyway. I wait for better sugestions.
