changement carte mere premiere element demande la clef d'activation

Bonjour,

quel enfer pour contacter adobe ...

j'ai changé ma carte mere et j'ai oublié de desactivé le produit adobe premiere element.

Résultat premiere ne se lance plus j'ai tout essayé comme desactivé l'appareil sur mon compte mais aucun appareil apparait alors que je rentre le numero de serie au demmarage il me dit bien qu'il est activé sur un autre appareil.

j'ai desinstallé reinstallé, fermé des sessions sur mon compte ... rien a faire.

Impossible de les contacter aucun sav rien, plusieurs projets videos et plus moyen d'ouvrir premiere element.

je sais plus quoi faire.

BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience

j'ai contacté via le tchat un employé d'adobe qui a reglé le probleme.
