Clip Preview in timeline when moving goes away

Sometime as I'm editing, the preview of where a clip is placed on a timeline (when you click drag move a clip on a timeline, you can see a shadowy clip of where you want to move it) stops happening. What is that called and how do I turn it back on?

I don't think it's clear what you're describing, Andrew. A shadowy clip where you are dragging your clip?

That doesn't look like Premiere Elements. Are you sure you aren't asking about Premiere Pro?
