Codec Problem, Add media failure

APE 2019Windows 10Add media failureI am trying to add a video clip to my current APE project,  (IMG_0283.mov)I had no problem adding it to my YouTube. When I try to bring it in I get thefollowing error messageErrorThis type of file is not supported or the required CODEC is not installedWhere do I get the correct CODEC? Thanks for your help.Cheers! MOV is a wrapper, what is inside YOUR wrapper - Exactly what is INSIDE the video you are editing?
