Colors all mixed up in new premiere elements 2022

Yesterdayday I purchased the program “Adobe Premiere elements 2022”. When I bring in an existing film the preview of the program is  unclear and only shows green and red colors, while the two colored images do not fall together. One way or another the basic colors are mixed up and when I export the film, these colors are still divided.

Please help me in what to do.

Correct answer Ann Bens

I tried to install the driver, but that did not work either. By the way I contacted the adobe system incorporated ( I guess their mainoffice) with this problem and they were very poor in their repons. It is more than six weeks and still no solution.

Disregard issue in the title but try the solution.

Ann Bens suggested that I contact Adobe support with my question. So far I am disappointed. The only answere I got was to update Premiere elements (which was  already updated) and update windows 10, which was alo updated by the manaufactures update. So I asked them again to come with more creative solutions, but so far no answere. Anyway I wait and hope someting will come out of this.

You have to be more persistent.

You are entitled to support.

If you have done what they asked, update everything, and it's still not working. They need to dig further.

Try support again and say a Community Professional sent you.

When no solution, ask for your money back.

Update your graphics card driver.

Either for Intel, Nvidia or AMD straight from the manufacturer.

Thank you Ann Bens. But I just updated my graphics card through the manuafacturers update site. There is no difference. The colors still mix up. See appendix first post.
