Configuration adobe premiere elements

Hi,

I have acer aspire 3. Intel Core i5-7200 2.5Ghz with Turbo boost up To 3.1 GHz. Intel HD graphics. 12 gb ddr4 memory. 128GB SDD + 2000 GB HDD. Is it enough to run and work with adobe première éléments?
