Confirmation if Premiere Elements V14 is still supported

What do you mean by "supported"?

Although older versions of the program will still function, active support is provided only for the current version of the program -- Premiere Elements 2018, at this point.

Thanks Steve…yes, wanted to confirm ‘Active Support’ from Adobe… It is for a Gov’t program…

Understanding is that V15 is also Actively supported…for most, if not all products, current version, plus at least one older too…
