Converting audio from MONO to STEREO in Premiere Elements

Does anyone know how to do this? my voice recorder only records in mono and I need to convert to stereo for my project. Thank you in advance.

You cannot turn mono into stereo. Left and right channel will be the same.

Just leave it as it is and on output it will export to two channel audio.

If your audio is on one channel in a two channel setup use the fill to left or right effect to fill the empty channel.

Just wanted to add that Adobe Premiere elements took the Mono Feed off a Rode Mic going into my 5D Mark 4 and imported it into the Adobe Premiere taking the audio and flipping it into Left/Right Stereo Audio automatically.  I had to just run this test today and verified with the exported audio test.
