Converting Video project made in NTSC to PAL

Windows 10

Premiere 2020

I created a video project in Premiere 2020. It wont burn directly to me DVD burner but can run to ISO file and burn that to DVD.

That accomplished, I am trying to make a version of this video to play in Ireland (PAL). Do I have to make a new video to accomplish this? Premiere can't convert the completed project?

If that is the case, what settings do I select in PAL

Full HD 1080i 25

Full HD 1080i??

What is the difference?
