Copy premiere elements 2021 to another computer

Premiere struggles continue

I have the trial one sorta working on a laptop that is not upto the task.

Without downloading anything

How do i copy that to the very capable computer?

Both are windows 10

You do not copy programs... you do a fresh install

Insert the DVD you purchased in the drive and follow the onscreen instructions... or install from the download if you did not purchase a disc

I don't understand what you are saying... do you mean that the computer you want to use is not connected to the Internet?

If that is the case, I don't think you will be able to install
