Copying sound

How do I copy a segment of the soundtrack and insert it somewhere else in the sound track? Thanks for any guidance.

Just click to select it, right-click and select copy, then move the playhead where you want the clip to appear, right-click and select Paste.

Thanks Steve - I've seen you're a kind and prolific member of the community... Much appreciated.

The copy bit worked, but the right click and paste didn't, for me anyhow, but using the Edit drop down menu, then paste - that did it.

I've seen were "Paste" can be missing in a right click. The old "CRTL+V" has always worked for me.
