Crash while importing title

hello guys! aim texting regarding a problem that i have with my premiere. i download a package of new tittle everytime iam trying to add it to my videos it shut down the logiciel

    • Which version of Premiere Elements are you using?
    • Where did you download the package for titles from?
    • Do you get any error when it crashes?
