Crashing Constantly

Hello, I have Premiere Elements 2022. I installed the program and have been working on a slideshow for a month or so. All of the sudden, it is crashing every few minutes. It just locks up and thats it. I have to force the task to stop and open it again.

 

Is there anything that can be done?

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. Do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver)

What are the hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

You need to provide details for anyone to help
Mac or Windows and exact version of the operating system
Exact Premiere Elements version (any updates applied?)
CPU brand and model and clock speed
Amount of computer memory (RAM)
Video adapter brand and model and driver version and amount of video ram
Number and size and type of hard drives
What kind of video are you editing?
-hint 4k video on an underpowered computer will not play well

please help
very often the program crashes what could be the cause
